What happens in a session?
You share what you're experiencing, the relationship, trigger, challenge, or pattern getting your attention and I open us to work with God, the angels, and your benevolent spiritual team.
Then, I follow what is revealed.
My intuition guides us to what I perceive beneath the reaction, why it’s there and where it may have begun. This may lead us to childhood, ancestral patterns, or past-life experiences. I then guide you through a meditation to work with what is revealed.
You take the work with you.
We close with what came through and what to focus on next. You’ll often leave with a practice to continue between sessions.
The goal isn't for you to need me forever.
It's for you to become increasingly empowered to recognize your own patterns, trust yourself, and move through your life with your own intuition.
