Reclaiming your voice with the frame drum easily connects you to your ancestors. Tapping into your personal struggles through a mindfulness experience identifies what you adopted from your family's belief systems and allows you to release it forever.

All are welcome.

Plan to bring a journal, yoga mat, blanket, and pillow
